Our team is hard at work servicing our reels and making sure that all of our customers’ reels are cleaned and maintained with every service. Here at Accurate, we strive to maintain the highest quality standards around. We are currently experiencing higher-than-average wait times for service. For regular maintenance, our wait time is now 3-4 weeks. We know you need your reels back as quickly as possible to get out and fish and are striving to ensure just that. Flat reel service price includes cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs. Not applicable in the case of neglect or abuse by the user. Additional fees will apply for additional time needed under these circumstances. All reels are subject to service department assessment when the reel is presented for service.
*Note, Accurate will no longer service spinning reels effective 01-02-22.

REEL REPAIR POLICY
WE WILL ATTEMPT TO REPAIR ALL REELS, EXCEPT SPINNING REELS, 10 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER. HOWEVER, ACCURATE, AT IT’S SOLE DISCRETION, MAY DEEM A PRODUCT “NOT REPAIRABLE”.

REEL TRADE-IN PROGRAM
REELS OVER 10 YEARS OLD WILL BE OFFERED AN OPPORTUNITY TO TRADE IN THEIR REEL AND RECEIVE A 25% DISCOUNT OFF THE SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE FOR A NEW REEL. THIS INCLUDES ALL  Boss Magnum 197, 270, 870, 665, B2-30 and B2-50 reels.
